CInstallation Guide

  1. Firstly, the base should be coated with a layer of polyurethane material to be waterproof, and then cure for 24 hours.
  2. Mix the two-component polyurethane( A polyurethane to B polyurethane is 1:5)
  3. Add Catalyst of reference amount to be 1% of the total PU amount.
  4. The bottom layer is paved with mixture of 3-4mm rubber granules which takes up 25% to 30% of the total amount and PU, the thickness of the mixture is 9-10mm, and then cure for 24 hours.
  5. Mix the surface two-component polyurethane with 1-2mm size EPDM rubber crumbs, and then spray them on the surface on the bottom buffer layer, curing for 24 hours, and then spray them all over again, the consumption of the surface coating two-component polyurethane is about 1.2kg/㎡, and the consumption of the surface coating EPDM granules is about 1kg/㎡.
  6. The sport line can be marked on the surface coating layer after curing for 48hours.
  7. The site can be put in use 7 days after the installation of the site.

10. Good water permeable performance, the surface without pit can be put into use immediately after rain drop.
